Former NZ soldier competing in third Invictus Games

The Invictus Games is an international sporting event for wounded, injured or sick active duty and former service members. Among this year’s 25-strong squad representing the NZ Defence Force is amputee Faamanu Filo Leaana, who’s competing in his third games. This time, it’s his message of mental health that’s driving him.
